Once we know what we're dealing with, we'll talk you through it and what it'll cost, so you decide what happens next. No work goes ahead until you've given us the nod.

Nobody wants a dead boiler in the middle of winter. We repair combi, system and conventional boilers from all the usual brands, and we carry common parts so a lot of jobs get finished in one go. Where a part needs ordering, we'll tell you straight away and get it booked. The repair is done safely, tested, and we stand by the work.
An annual once-over that keeps your warranty valid and the boiler healthy.
Most manufacturers want the boiler serviced every year to keep the warranty in place, and it's the simplest way to catch a small problem before it leaves you cold. We check the key components, look for leaks and corrosion, test the combustion and make sure it's burning safely. It takes under an hour and you'll know exactly what condition your boiler is in.

When a boiler is past its best or the repair bills are mounting up, a new one usually pays for itself in lower bills. We'll talk through the options, recommend something that suits your home and how you use it, and give you a fixed price. The install is done tidily, registered with Gas Safe, and we'll show you how to use the controls before we leave.
Landlord certificates (CP12) and safety checks for your own peace of mind.
If you let out a property, the law says your gas appliances need checking every year and you need a certificate to prove it. We carry out the inspection, check each appliance, the pipework and the ventilation, and issue your CP12 the same day. Homeowners are welcome to book one too, which is worth doing if you've just moved in and want to know everything's sound.
Sorting cold rooms, noisy pipes and heating that never quite gets warm.
Heating problems are rarely just the boiler. It might be a tired pump, a sticking valve, a thermostat that's given up or air and sludge sitting in the system. We work through the whole setup to find where it's going wrong, then fix it so the heat reaches every room the way it should. If your bills have crept up alongside it, that often comes back down too.
Cold at the top or stone cold at the bottom? We'll get them warm again.
Cold patches usually mean trapped air or a build-up of sludge sitting in the bottom of the radiator. We'll bleed and balance them, and where the system's really gunged up, a power flush clears it out and gets things moving properly again. We also swap out old radiators or add new ones, whether you're after better heat or just a tidier-looking room.

A damp patch on the ceiling or a meter that keeps ticking over usually means a leak somewhere you can't see. We track it down, fix it, and replace any tired or corroded pipework while we're at it. The sooner it's caught, the less damage it does, so it's always worth a call rather than hoping it sorts itself out.

Not everything is a big job, and we're happy to take on the small stuff that other firms can't be bothered with. Dripping taps, a toilet that won't stop running, a new shower or mixer, plumbing in the washing machine. We turn up when we say, get it done, and clean up after ourselves.
